Luisa Carnevale Baraglia is an Italian designer based in Milan. She studied in NABA university where she graduated with full marks and attended a Master’s program at Scuola Politecnica di Design.
Following her research in Kyoto, she developed an aesthetic language defined by formal purity and material character. Her practice merges a deconstructivist methodology with a profound sensitivity for production processes, spanning from objects and furniture to interior architecture. Her work is a continuous exploration of the tension between contemplative act and the pragmatic reality, stripping objects down to their essence.
With extensive experience in internationally renowned studios working for leading companies, Luisa facilitates the dialogue between creative instinct and industrial feasibility, translating potential trends into human-centered solutions.
Alongside her practice, she is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of designers as visiting professor at design academies including ACME and the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan.
